Making a claim for Holiday Cancellation (including emergency purchases and delayed departure)
You need to notify a claim by telephoning Abacus travel Claims Unit on +44(0) 8708507156
- The call will be 4-10 minutes in duration
- You will be asked questions that will allow us to establish your identity
- You will allocated a claims reference, which you should record
- In most cases you will be sent a claim form requesting:
- Booking invoice
- Cancellation invoice
Confirmation from the military if leave has been cancelled
