Personal Accident Insurance Claims

Abacus will send you a claim form, a letter and some PA Notes giving helpful information.

The claim form back to Abacus who will forward that to AXA Lifestyle Claims unit together with your policy number and the number of units held.

Please be warned that It can take 10 working days from Abacus receiving your claim form and AXA starting to process the claim.

Once underway, AXA will allocate a claims number and might well telephone you with questions relating to the claim.

If the claim is simple an immediate payment may be made.

If the claim relates to loss of a limb or your being unable to work you will be written to. Settlement may take some time but you will be sent a letter outlining the procedure.

If you have not heard anything after 21 days from when you think Abacus should have received your claim form please telephone AXA lifestyle Claims on
+44(0) 870 609 3275 quoting Abacus and ask for an update.
