The Civvy Home Buildings and contents insurance scheme aims to provide first class cover for members of HM Forces and associated civilians. Whether you decide to live in the home as your main residence, or choose to let the property either because of a posting or because you have purchased the property as a Buy to Let.

Cover can be extended beyond the usual 28 day limitation. - KeyCare service
If you lose your keys KeyCare will pay a reward to the finder or pay you up to £300 for replacement keys or locks. This is in addition to any extra cover provided by your main policy and a claim here will not affect future premiums. - Optional Accidental Damage cover
Providing additional cover for damage caused through DIY or other accidents (e.g. nailing through a water pipe or falling through the ceiling whilst in the attic). - Optional Garden cover
Additional cover to protect your 'outside' possessions in the event of storm damage etc. - Legal Expenses cover
Access to confidential advice on any personal legal and taxation issue 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. - Optional Landlord's Legal Expenses cover

You can choose to pay annually or monthly by Direct Debit from your UK bank account. Payment can also be made by Credit/Debit Card or via internet/telephone banking. - Immediate cover
